Lynyrd Skynyrd suspends, cancels performances after guitarist tests positive for COVID-19

Lynyrd Skynyrd will not perform at a Pro Football Hall of Fame concert with Brad Paisley after guitarist Rickey Medlocke tested positive for COVID-19.
